Boss Plumbing Store Policy Store Policies Delivery All items are shipped from our warehouse in 3 to 7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Boss Plumbing’s standard shipping is UPS Ground, Federal Express Ground, or in the case of our smaller items, the United States Postal Service. For products that are in stock, we can often send them overnight or schedule them for second or third day delivery. Damaged Items In those instances when packaging arrives with minor damage, please note the damage with the delivery company and contact us immediately. If you observe major damage at delivery, please refuse the damaged shipment. Contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement. We will correct the problem at no charge to you. If you accept an item then determine it is seriously damaged, do not dispose of the packing boxes or materials. All returns or repairs must be arranged through our customer service department. Merchandise returned prior to authorization will be refused. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the items. Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise or damage due to shipping will not be accepted without prior consent. We have made great efforts to carry products from reputable companies. Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, nature of problem, manufacturer and your location. Unless otherwise specified, the manufacturer's warranty begins at the time merchandise is delivered. Notwithstanding, there are no other warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, product availability, manufacturer order approval, order fulfillment time, etc. and all such warranties are specifically disclaimed. Out of Stock Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unwilling to wait. Legal Information In the event that a product on our site, or in our store, is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or an error in pricing or product information supplied by our vendors, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product.
